Steven is looking to continue building practical operational tools to cauterize losses of broken business operations and to ultimately fuse connective tissue over siloed systems of organizations. He is interested in aiding enterprises navigating decline, transition, and/ or transformation. His skillset in complex process improvement, relationship management and executive presence will translate into immediate business value.

Initial Discovery

Find if our partnership makes sense. Discuss available data integrity, pricing strategy, operating model, etc.

Proposal

Together, we will find the right engagement on value and price. We will commit to certain levels of analysis, and a definite time block at which point continued engagement may be needed.

Engagement:

This is where the work takes place. We will commit our time asynchronously and at in- person team syncs to make sure we ore exceeding your expectations.

Sustainment

Typically, we will offer to extend our services to ensure the translation of ownership, training materials (SOP, SLA, Operational Readiness), etc continue to be met at scale.

Despite the characterization of a business process transformation, it is my assertion that a logical, adaptable framework can be applied to understand, data collect, and architect a sustained solution

What is the nature of the transformation?

Understand both localized and enterprise-level intention and impact. Toggle between the two using best-in-class operational excellence toolkits (Six Sigma, Program Management) to evaluate both proposed transformation and second order impacts.

What is the appropriate method to collect data?

Monitor progress to pressure test solution – iteratively. Data reveals powerful truths about performance, but the first attempt to capture data is rarely ever the final solution. We prefer to use a 'better' net rather than a 'bigger' net.

How can we refine the process?

Relentless Curiosity to better understand system-level insights. We do not defer our critical thinking. Show us the process. We will bake in lean preventative measures to ensure the same root causes are eliminated cold.
